Kristen Anne Bell was born July 18 August, 1980. 1. She is an American actress and singer. Beginning her acting career by playing in stage productions during her time attending the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, she made her Broadway stage debut as Becky Thatcher in the comedy musical The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and was a part of the Broadway revival of The Crucible the following year. In 2004, she starred in the action thriller Spartan (2004). The film was also praised for her portrayal of Becky thatcher in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. The following year she made her Broadway debut in a revival of the Crucible. The role that she was playing in the 2014 film was reprised and revived for the year 2019. Bell starred from 2007 to 2008 as Elle Bishop in Heroes, an action-packed superhero series. Bell voiced the titular narrator on the popular Teen Drama series Gossip Girl. She will reprise the role for the sequel set for 2021. Bell was also Showtime comedy House of Lies' lead actress, Jeannie van de Hooven. Bell was the main character in the role of Eleanor Shellstrop on the critically highly acclaimed NBC comedy show The Good Place, receiving a Golden Globe Award nomination for her role. Bell was also the character of Eleanor Shellstrop in the streaming show The Woman in the Home across the street from the Girl in the Window.
