Angelica Bengtsson

Angelica Therese Bengtsson, a Swedish athlete who specializes in pole vaulting is an outstanding track and field performer. She won the inaugural Summer Youth Olympics, held in Singapore 2010 as the first woman to achieve success in the pole vault. Bengtsson took gold in both the World Youth Championships of 2009 and the World Junior Championships of 2010 in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban, born on the 4th of November, 1986 in Payatas (Quezon City) was the daughter of her mother who is a Filipina. Her biological mother is Filipina who died in 2008 and is buried in Singapore while her biological father Mark Charlson is an American from Iowa United States and a ex-member in the US Navy. Mark Charlson was a former U.S. Navy officer from Iowa in the United States who served aboard the U.S.S. O'Brien, stationed in Philippines. Annabelle had adopted her as a young child. Their grandparents Adolfo Panganiban assisted in raising her. Angelica Panganiban has announced that she and boyfriend Gregg Homan will be expecting their very first child. Annabelle Panganiban accompanied her when she was a baby while her grandparents Adolfo Panganiban & Mila Panganiban assisted with her upbringing.
